Gregory L. Ryan, Senior Attorney
Greg Ryan has been zealously protecting and fighting for clients’ rights for over a decade. Mr. Ryan practices in the areas of Hawaii Divorce & Family Law, and Hawaii Civil Litigation, including Hawaii Real Estate and Hawaii Construction Litigation, and Military Law. Mr. Ryan is licensed to practice law in the States of Hawaii and California, and he is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, California State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Donna Davis Green, Senior Attorney
Donna Davis Green has skillfully represented Hawaii litigants for over 22 years. Ms. Green specializes in Hawaii Divorce and Family Law, Hawaii Real Estate Conveyances, and Hawaii Wills and Trusts. Prior to joining our Firm, Ms. Green managed a thriving and successful solo law practice. Ms. Green’s broad experience includes serving as the Managing Attorney at the Hawaii Domestic Violence Clearinghouse, Hearings Officer for the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services, and supervising attorney of the Legal Aid Society’s Hawaii Family Law Unit.
Shannon Parrott, Attorney
Shannon Parrott’s unique and extensive Hawaii Family Law experience renders her a strong advocate for the firm’s Honolulu Divorce and Family Law clients. Ms. Parrott recently completed her term as the Special Prosecuting Attorney on Kauai, where she prosecuted domestic violence cases. Previously, Ms. Parrott served as legal counsel at the Hawaii Domestic Violence Action Center.
Catherine A. Betts, Attorney
Cathy Betts honed her trial and advocacy skills as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii in the Family Law Division. After graduating from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii, Ms. Betts served two prestigious clerkships with the Honorable Marcia J. Waldorf, Circuit Court Judge, and Derrick H. M. Chan, Administrative Law Judge. Ms. Betts currently serves on the Board of the Hawaii Women Lawyers and Hawaii Filipino Lawyers Association, and she is the Commissioner of the Honolulu County Commission on the Status of Women.
Alethea K. Rebman, Attorney (Of Counsel)
Alethea Rebman is associated with the Firm in an Of Counsel capacity. Ms. Rebman manages a successful practice outside the Firm, and she collaborates with the Firm on several Honolulu Family Law matters. Ms. Rebman previously served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu. She is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association.
Donalyn Yoshihara, Senior Paralegal
Donalyn Yoshihara is an experienced paralegal, whose years of legal training and experience render her uniquely qualified to assist the attorneys and our Hawaii Family Law clients. Ms. Yoshihara possesses an extensive knowledge of the Circuit Court rules and procedures, and her work ethic and dedication to the Firm’s clients makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Vickie Pelton, Senior Legal Assistant
Vickie Pelton provides invaluable service as our Firm’s Senior Legal Assistant. Ms. Pelton’s extensive management and organizational skills keep our Firm running smoothly and efficiently. Ms. Pelton is very knowledgeable in all areas of Hawaii Family Law and Divorce. Prior to joining our Firm, Ms. Pelton provided legal assistance services to the Law Office of Donna Davis Green. Ms. Pelton is a very welcomed addition to our staff.
Danielle Lam, Legal Assistant
Danielle Lam serves as an assistant to the Firm’s Senior Paralegal. Ms. Lam’s strong work ethic and attention to detail ensures that our clients receive the highest quality legal support services. Ms. Lam assists the Senior Paralegal in all areas of Hawaii Divorce and Family Law.

Jane Krauss, Accountant
Jane Krauss expertly provides our bookkeeping and accounting services, including billing, invoicing, and collections. Formerly an accountant with a Big Six firm, Jane keeps our financial matters in order, allowing our attorneys and legal staff to focus on serving the Firm’s clients.
